The very friendly and affable staff members provided a few recommendations. The room was spacious with a fireplace, central heating, and an iron and ironing board included. The location was prime and good, right by the Center. I found Symposium offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

my double room had an individual safe, air conditioner, and a stone fireplace. pleased it had a bathtub. the location was prime for walking around southover grange gardens.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located just 30 km from the airport.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is situated in a well-known area. the family room is newly renovated and has a floating table, cupboards, and a balcony. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Although there are no chairs in the room, the facilities are sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff needs improvement, as they did not assist with certain requests and luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was also quite good. We were pleased to find that there was ample parking available for guests.

The hotel's location is great, situated in a popular and upscale neighbourhood with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The renovated family room was quite spacious with a floating table, cupboards and a balcony. The view from the balcony might not have been the best, but it was still nice to have fresh air in the room.

The room was not very child-friendly, with sharp edges on the floating shelf and cupboards. The balcony was also quite dusty and unusable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was great, situated in the vibrant Banjara Hills area. The service was top-notch, with excellent room service and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the comfortable sitting area and the terrace offered a stunning view. Additionally, the dressing area and dining table added a touch of elegance to our stay. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric kettle was a convenient feature. The flat-screen TV offered a wide range of channels and the dining restaurant served delicious meals.
